Clothing, stickers and other non-typewriter items are produced and shipped by a third-party so I am unable to provide refunds for these items.
Typewriters
In the event that your typewriter arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at willowcreektypewriters at gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
